Board Member
Lynne Weisenbach’s career spans experience in K-12 teaching in the US and UK followed by
leadership positions in higher education in Indiana and Georgia, and as Scholar-in-Residence at
The George Washington University (DC). She has served in leadership roles at the national level
for a number of professional organizations, including the boards of the American Association of
Colleges for Teacher Education, the Center for 21st Century Universities at Georgia Institute of
Technology and TPI-US. Her work focuses on literacy, college readiness, access and completion,
P-16 policy, and educator preparation. She received the B.S. and Ed.S. degrees from Butler
University and M.A. and EdD. From Ball State University, as well as completing the Institute of
Educational Management program at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.
