Director of Development

Stacey Fraioli is the Director of Development, leading TPI-US’s campaign to raise philanthropic funding to support its exciting growth trajectory. She is motivated to promote the work and insights of TPI-US in the field because of her commitment to making quality education accessible to all children.


With over 15 years in education, Stacey's career spans classroom teaching to fundraising and development leadership roles. As an elementary school teacher in New York City and Boston, she worked with diverse student populations, including English Learners, students with disabilities, and those from low-income backgrounds. Transitioning from the classroom, she has dedicated her career to advancing the missions of education non-profits through development, fundraising, and communications. Her previous roles include Vice President of Development and Communications at Educare DC, Head of Major Gifts and Donor Engagement at CAMFED, and Development Associate at the Catholic Schools Foundation in Boston.


Stacey holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, specializing in elementary inclusive education, from Teachers College at Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and taking walks with her dog.
