Manager of Regional Support

Stephanie Lund is the Manager of Regional Support. She is an accomplished educational leader who is deeply committed to transforming educator preparation programs, ensuring that teachers are equipped with the skills and support necessary to excel in diverse classroom environments. Through her work, Stephanie provides data-driven technical assistance, coaching, and professional learning, working to develop high-quality teacher preparation pathways for all candidates.


Previously, Stephanie provided technical assistance as a Regional Transformation Support Specialist at US PREP. In her role, she led large-scale communities of practice and drove long-term change-management projects, working closely with EPPs, LEAs, educational leaders, and state agencies to redesign educator preparation pathways and programs. Stephanie has a wealth of experience in coaching and training educators in pedagogy, data use, and instructional strategies.


In addition, Stephanie was an Instructional Coach at Arizona State University, where she designed professional development programs and partnered with mentor and resident teachers to implement ELL strategies. She also has a decade of teaching experience in Title I schools, where she was recognized as Teacher of the Year and a Rodel Exemplary Teacher.


Stephanie holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University, where she also earned her Master’s degree in Elementary Education. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading, taking trips to the mountains, and spending time with her wife and twin boys.
